CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
We generate all confirmations and licenses and/or license requests on behalf of the production to ensure proper rights, as well as attendant contract administration.

Consists of:

• Preparing accurate license requests.
  
• If needed, providing synchronization licenses.
  
• Revising agreements to conform to negotiated terms.

SUPERVISION

• Viewing VHS dubs of productions.
  
• Preparing accurate logs of music uses.
  
• Preparing standard music cue sheets and filing with copyright societies.

FACILITATION
Certain projects require additional facilitation services which are provided
on a prorated hourly basis.

• Researching public domain status of music.
  
• Renegotiating existing deals pursuant to revised client's instructions.
  
• Tracking license options and renewals.
